Top Dog Cafe

Great Cafe. Inside outside seating (screen windows). Excellent food and Excellent service. Clean. Friendly. Heard other Customers talk about how great their food was, i had a couple of hot dogs and fries... very delicious (see photo). Great atmosphere!

This is my favorite Rodanthe/Waves restaurant. Glad to see it is still good this year ('18). Never been disappointed with the food there. Great sea food, but burgers & salads too. It's a very informal spot, so no need to dress up, but then again, peel-and-eat shrimp can be really messy. Beer is bottles, but decent selection.
