Regal Cinemas Birkdale 16 & RPX

I've been by this theater a few times for movies, and I've been kind of indifferent overall. Each time I've been there, the outside ticket windows haven't been in use, meaning that we've needed to go inside to get tickets, and get stuck into the mess of people in line for the concession stand. With the concession stand being located so close to the entrance/exit, the outside ticket windows should be used. Theater-wise, it's very comfortable and the movies have all been pleasant to watch here. ---------- ADDTL. - 5/10/18 I stopped by a few days ago to see a movie that hadn't hit the other local theaters yet, and was glad to see that the exterior box office was in use. It definitely helped clear out lobby as it felt decidedly less claustrophobic this time. The line was a bit lengthy for one one window to be used, but with Infinity War in theaters right now, long lines are forgivable. Overall, it's nice seeing the theater taking criticism and learning from it. Review updated.
