Port City Car Wash

First time I tried using this car wash and I won't be going back. Vaccum worked great, bit when it came time to wash my car, I put $5 worth of quarters in, and nothhing. The timer counted to 0 and would never turn water or foam brush on. I went to another Bay, put in the minimum number of quarters, and that timer counted down 40 seconds before the water turned on. The floors in the bay are horrible, and are nothing but mud. I've looked but can't find a way to contact the owner or management, so I guess I'm just out my money.
