Very dissatisfied with this company. In October 2017 they made a warranty call at the request of the manufacturer related to our DCS cooktop. Upon arrival of their tech, he immediately called his Service Manager. The Service Manager could be clearly heard telling the tech that we were liars about the problem with our cooktop and did not know how to care for our appliance. We wrote a letter to the owner to complain about how we were treated, but received no reply. Subsequently, the manufacturer will not fix the appliance as a result of this warranty visit. Not a company we would recommend due to how they treat customers.
