Took my son's insurance check then de-prioritized his work and did other cars before his (verified by talking to other customers who delivered their cars after my Son and received their cars back before). I think it had to do with the fact that my Son is young and a very gentle soul - seemed like they took advantage of him. He has had my Son's car for *over 2 months* and continues to offer excuses as to why it isn't done. Very unhappy and would not recommend them.
