Walmart Neighborhood Market

Cute mini Walmart. Never too crowded or empty. And the staff are awesome.

I like this store bc it’s clean and they usually have what I need but if you call to ask any questions they’re rude. Today I called to ask what time they close because we’re having some bad weather and she says “we close at 7. I’m getting this call like every 30 seconds!” I said I was sorry and hung up. I understand that can be annoying. I’ve worked in customer service several years. But what do you expect? I’m just trying to see when they close so I don’t waste my time driving there for them to be closed. Get management to get an automated voice set up if it’s that horrible to answer the phone and answer a simple question. It’s irritating I know but there’s no need to be rude to people. We’re just trying to get a couple things and then leave.
