Truly the most value for the price! We have lived in our home for 3+ years now and have had no issues. Not the most fancy house in the world but it is affordable, comfortable living. You cannot expect granite counters, tile, etc as these houses are BASIC. They are sturdy and do the job of affordable family living very well. Easy to upgrade as well and they hold their value.
