These people are crooks and will pull any nasty scheme to try to steal money from you. Here's my recommendation:
A) Double check everything they say online. A lot of the offers are better online anyways and they will try to corner you into a sale.
B) Walmart is right next door, all the accessories you can get for the same price or cheaper. Amazon is an even better bet
C) Stay away from this scamming company. If you can do you're entire transaction online, do it. Go in if you have questions but make your sale online.
Verizon service is great, but these are salesmen and they will go through great lengths into over charging you, hitting you with hidden fees, and even making UNAUTHORIZED transactions to your account. I hope this review helps at least one person from getting screwed over by this disgusting retailer. STAY AWAY
