Greeted nicely, I told them what I needed, they looked for it in the back promptly, and then told me I they didn't have it and I probably should get it on Amazon. I broke my screen recently so was looking for a screen protector to prevent shards of screen glass from coming off until I can replace the phone. I figured it cheaper to get a protective cover than to claim repair under insurance. So even though the phone is under two years old they no longer carried the matching cover. So my average rating is more for the poor company supply support (or lack thereof) rather than for the good customer service at the local outlet.
