UPS CC MANTEO

Very rude and unprofessional! They lost my package, after being dropped off inside, it never reached its destination. The woman in charge even tried to put the blame on me as to why my package was missing. I felt as if I was being put on trial. She never apologized for any inconvenience and was very ugly in the way she spoke to me. She even said I was accusing her of stealing it! I just want to know what happened to my package that is still missing. This place needs security cameras inside and out. And the staff needs a lesson in customer service, what ever happened to the customer is always right.
