We've had United Pest Management for a year now and the service and management has seriously declined in the last 6 months. Originally, we were very happy with the Chris and Till in the Fuquay office, but then about 6 months ago, we were transferred from the Fuquay office to the Cary office without being told, despite keeping the same home address. The service levels between the two offices could not be more different. We never had any trouble getting in touch with Chris, we always received a postcard letting us know when they were planning to come out and do our routine pest control, and Till always had a confident answer to any pest control problems. We never doubted Till's knowledge and experience, because he always explained everything very clearly and the solutions he offered always worked. Now, no one ever answers the phone when we call the Cary office. They come unannounced - even after we've repeatedly asked that they let us know when they are coming out. Outside of Till, the technicians we see now are less knowledgeable and do a far less superior job - leaving webs, not spraying the garage, and we've seen more bugs inside our house since the switch. To reach anyone in the Cary office, I have to first call the Cary office, leave a voicemail, wait - wait and wait some more - then call the Fuquay office and wait for a call back from Chris. Then, Pam will call me back. I've even confirmed with Chris that I'm using the best number to reach the Cary office. Just too much time and babysitting effort, in my opinion. Just today a technician pulled up in my driveway unannounced, performed some service and didn't leave a note or any statement, so now I'm not sure what they've done or what I'll be charged because I was on a conference call for work. Pest Control shouldn't be this difficult. We were so happy originally, but unfortunately, we can't continue like this. I am calling to cancel our service today.
