i have been visiting this office for several years. Today i experienced pure incompetence. First the nurse ask me was i there to take a b12 shot and then told me she did not have the shot. I was asked to take the shot for 4 weeks. why would u make an appointment if u don't order the things you need.. Then the lady at the checkout was also rude. i asked her for a card she snapped at me just for asking gave me a printout . Said she didn't have anything to do with what had just happened to me. you nnd to give your front desk Training on how to talk to customers we all have bad days. Next time call me if u dont have what i need.
