My husband and I came to this location after the one at concord mills jacked up all kinds of things on our account. It took 4 hours for them to fix the problem but they were so friendly and patient through it all. I will recommend them to anyone who is in this area. I wish we would have went here in the first place to save ourselves the hassle that the concord mills store put us though.
