Been coming here between 2009 and 2015 and usually had to wait in long lines and still do, but once I am served the staff is usually friendly and helps me out. I did have a nightmare situation in December 2015 when T-Mobile mixed up my account with a "Peter Nguyen" and it took a lot of arguing on the phone at the store to straighten it out. Not a pleasant situation and hope it doesn't happen again. I was quite embarrassed to talk in such a loud voice in front of all the employees and customers. In any case I now go to the T-Mobile on O'Kelly Chapel Road near the new Target. That location is not very crowded and doesn't create unnecessary drama.
Gave 3 stars though instead of less since I got about 3 smartphones here and they lasted an average of 2 years. :)
