If I could give zero stars I would. My sister went in for her free upgrade, and the sales rep told her in order to upgrade, she HAD to get this bundle deal, which ended up costing her $120 total. How is $120 for a FREE upgrade a deal? I will be reporting this franchise to corporate. Don't shop here, you will be scammed. Go to a corporate owned store instead.
