I had a horrible experience! I've been growing my hair out for almost 2 years and I went in just to get my dead ends cut off and the lady cut 3 inches off my hair which was just insane. She didn't let me hold the hand mirror to look at my hair so i just trusted her to have dine a somple job so i left. I went down thenroad to grab some food. I go to the bathroom first while waiting in the bathroom line a woman asked if I just got my hair cut and I said yes expecting a compliment instead she told me my hair looked horrible and then another lady told me the same thing. I walk about really upset cause now my hair is much shorter and it's messed up and my boyfriend pulls me off to the side and tells me he noticed my hair and that I need to go back. So I go back and the lady heard my complaint to another stylist and literally laughed at me and gave me the worst sorry she could muster. I'm furious at this point. The left side of my hair was 2 inches shorter than the right side and literally that lady just chopped away with no idea with what she was doing. So I have uneven strands everywhere! The other stylist tried her best to fix this awful job. I lost a total of 5 inches! And I'm going back today to get a refund and then I'm going somewhere else to get it fixed. I'll need an additional 2 inches taken off just to have my hair even! I would never recommend this place ever!
