A Scrub Above

We used this company a year ago to do our move out clean and it was perfect, they did a wonderful job. This year we hired them again, and ended up replacing our carpets instead of having them cleaned so we canceled. Our property manager needed an estimate for a cleaning so we could charge our tenant. When I called and asked if we could just get an estimate, the man I spoke to told me they didn't do that for jobs for they did not do and proceeded to laugh at me, which is rude and unprofessional. Carolyn is always a pleasure to work with, but laughing at someone for asking something, even if it's something you can't do, is uncalled for.
