Been thru the kannapolis store many times. Never had any bad experiences with anyone in this store..only issue ever had that if i called and told them i would be late with a payment..they would still call multiple time to ask when i was coming in...daily until i paid..even thought i had already told them the day i would be in...but other than the calls ..always been great customer service
