This is not a good store to rent from. They forced me to use their auto pay system and they continue to over charge my credit card. When it's brought to their attention they really debate back and forth with you about the charges only to be wrong when going through the account. After my merchandise is paid off I will NEVER rent from them again. Crystal doesn't need to in charge of processing payments. This is by far the worst experience I've had with any company
