Queens Grant Condo

This is our second year renting this condo and we will not rent this particular unit next year. We love this beachfront complex it offers many amenities and great beach access. However the unit C-110 has not been maintained and is is need of renovation. This unit has carpet and it is in poor condition and smells. The kitchen is outdated with horrible cookware. The furniture is mismatched and does not look good. The outside deck facing the ocean use to have amazing high top tables and you could see the ocean. These are now gone and have been replaced with cheap plastic adirondecks and if you sit in them you can not see the ocean. The toilets do not flush if you use good toilet paper and you will be plunging if you choose 2ply toilet paper. The showers are in need of updating and are slow to drain. The kitchen sink has the same issue and is rusting. We rented this unit last year and it needed updated but was not as dire as this year. This unit rents for the same price as updated units in Queens Grant. I recommend looking at other units that provide nice accommodations. This is not worth the price and needs updated. We would have been lifelong renters if this unit could have been maintained. We are moving to a more updated condo in Queens Grant.

We stayed in 301A. Nice and clean. Great view of the beach front. My family loved it.
