I live out of state and wanted to send my mother a nice birthday treat. Jody went above and beyond to help me. She not only filled the last minute order, but she also decorated the delivery boxes with ribbons and sent me pictures so I could be involved in the experience. I can't wait until I visit again and thank them in person for their devotion to great customer service. It's really a win for cupcakes everywhere!
