Physicians East, PA

I'm a new patient at Physicians East and have an excellent primary care doctor in Dr. Shirley Patel at the new Winterville office. The staff is fine and friendly. My main problem is getting through in the first place and follow-up calls. I've also used the specialist at the Arlington office. The Arlington Office is horrible. I had to call three times to get through after being on hold for an hour each time. My experience with the staff was not pleasant on the phone. The doctor was great but the staff is not equipped to deal with volume and needs customer service training.
