Paid $2400 for 18 trusses to build a garage. Before the trusses were delivered I sent marty a picture of where I needed the trusses delivered, which was on flat concrete so they would stay level. Once I arrived home they were 15 ft to the right hanging off the driveway down a sloap. After contacting marty I was told there was nothing they could do it was 3pm on a friday. I was told I would get a call the following week (which never occurred) and she said she did not show the delivery driver the picture I sent her. After letting that go I set the trusses the following week and noticed that on 8 different trusses again 8 TRUSSES were missing metal plates on crucial joints, One was even the peak joint. Manager came out to the site brought a 10 ft ladder and couldn't even reach the bottom of the truss to get on the second story. They then paid my contractor 200 to fix their mistake. After all of that my roof starts to go on and the trusses are so bent it take a whole crew of guys all day long to put half of my roof slats on because they had to move and bend each truss over and over again, not a single board fit like it should have. general manager came out and said they looked fine to him and didn't have anything else to say about the whole situation. STAY AWAY FROM PEAK!! For all the extra labor I have spent trying to get these things right I could have had the crew stick build my roof and it would actually be straight!
