New to the area I was thrilled to find this church That all changed after about my 3 Vist since I was new you can meet after services to talk to one of many pastors which I stayed and did. I asked him how how the church views were on the gay situation? My daughter was coming from MD to live here she was shunned. At a church that she became very involved in when she said she was gay. The pastor wouldn't even talk with her. When I just unloaded on this pastor with my story which I had never told anyone my daughter was gay. He was rude non caring and said well we we have THOSE kind of people her but they are being counseled and They are not in active relationship . I never ever expected to bee talked to that way ever. I felt like I had asked him is it OK if my daughter was a hooked. I just felt like I was kicked in the stomach I got in my car and just lost it. I now knew what my daughter felt like that everyone condoms her to He'll. You can not Pray the Gay Away. I just wished I had never opened you to him that day there is one pastor that I had really enjoyed bald with a beard but because they have so many pastors which I will never understand I don't know what Sundays he would be there.
