Incredibly rude staff. I should've trusted my instincts after being spoken to disrespectfully over the phone TWICE. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. And no, the reason for this bad review isn't because I'd have to pay upfront even though my insurance covered my visits there, which is information that could have been given over the phone if the staff CARED enough to give it. ("Ohhh, sweeetie, we don't take Blue Local "*snickers with the rest of the front staff*"Barely anyone takes THAT insurance") I'd be more than happy to cover those costs, as I am at my current doctor, if I was spoken to respectfully even ONE time that I spoke with someone there. I was given no information about that AT all, even though I asked about it. And I was spoken to incredibly disrespectfully every single interaction that I had with them. I'm not even sure why. From the second I called in to make an appointment, to the moment I left, this location was unprofessional and rude. I was stared at with disdain from the moment I walked into their facility and it's completely unacceptable. The call I got to confirm the appointment was from a woman named Sarah, and it sounded the same as the woman who I saw at the front, but I can't confirm if it was her or not that was rude to me. I do know that there was a blonde girl directly behind the young lady who was rude to me, that stared at me as if I'd grown a 2nd nose out of my forehead and I'm not exactly sure why. Take a picture, "Sweetie", it will last longer.
