I regret to inform, but believe other customers need to know about the incompetent, non responsive management of this store. It has been over 5 months that the management of Beatrice, Donna, and Keith at the Wake Forest store have asked me to be patient as they try to sort out incorrect charges to a credit account they opened that I never used. I have original documentation of all invoices and a cancelled check to demonstrate that I have paid in full, and continue to get statements of charges, and late fees. While I appreciate that the team recognizes the error and wants to correct it... I continue to be harassed for payments. I have now sought legal advise. I wish someone would have warned me before I walked into this store that Mattress Firm does not equip their staff with adequate training and support to complete large financial transactions. FYI. The mattress is great, but this experience has caused more sleepless nights then it is worth.
