First of all I had to sit and wait a whole hour before being seeing. I sent a pic to Janet letting her know what I wanting, length and size...then also showed the lady the same pic. Not only was I there for 7 hours which I have never done before cause they had just one person doing my hair while everyone else left. The braids looked neat at first til I got home they was way too big and wasn’t the length that I ask for. The back of my head was not full at all. I text and called Janet and send her the pic she didn’t even respond back....first and last time I ever go to them again. Then on top of that they ask for there money cause the Janet was leaving. If I wouldn’t saw how my head was looking she wouldn’t got a dime from me. Please don’t waste ur time or money.
