Terrible customer service. We ordered a stove and was promised a delivery date. Well the date came and no stove. Called and was told they don’t know where the stove is. This has been going on for 3 weeks. Daily phone calls to the customer service is getting nowhere. Starting to think Home Depot will be where we shop in the future. Update- another 3 weeks and we still have no stove. Lowes doesn’t know where it is either. So the whole process has started over. Finally we are getting answers from upper management and at least they act like they care.
Always easy to find what I'm looking for. helpful people can be found when I need advice. store has displays that always leave me thinking.....hmmmmm I could do that.
