The people at the courtesy desk were very rude. I was waiting on line to ask a question and the lady looked at me and said "do you need something". I wanted to smack her in the head. I asked a question to the person who was in The Lawn & Garden section about a lawn mower. His response was "I don't know anything about lawn mowers they just put me in this department they didn't train me John Deere doesn't come in and train us so I don't know. What does your phone say about the lawn mower". That was my worst experience ever in Lowes. I will never make another large purchase there again. When they finally delivered my lawn tractor there was a piece missing and they forgot to send the free dump cart.
