Lowes send lees appliance to repair a whirlpool refrigerator that was not freezing. When tech show up he called the tech support at whirlpool and they troubleshoot the freezer. He told me that the thermistor was bad. He left two weeks later after 5 or 6 calls to lowes warranty department, they showed up and changed the part. As he left i asked if it was fixed he answered if it is freezing in a day or two it is. Well two days later freezer still not working. Called lowes back now have a loaner refrigerator from lowes wait on another appliance service company. Don't let these ripoff people in your house.
