PLEASE DON'T USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY SERVICES. ..these people have been the worst I've ever experienced in customer service. I had an engine blow up from a car I only had 5 days (which I don't blame on Noone ) but from the start of these people dealing with my car it's been a living hell. No one call me to even give me a update as far as what was wrong with it... but instead I had to call in days later to check on my car to see what was wrong with it... just to find out they haven't gotten to even look at it yet. I was very understanding and ask for an simple update when they figure out what's wrong with the car because I had just brought the car 5 days ago with only 63k miles. I waited another 2 days when I called back to talk to someone named Eric who assisted this wasn't his ticket and someone named Jojo was assigned to help me...me still being understanding just suggested can someone please call me back with some information about my vehicle. The guy name Eric promise me that someone will call me back... well no one never did.. so I call back the next day and finally met someone named Jojo which stated my engine was blown.. so I suggested what was the problem and can it be fixed...so he said the lifters seem to be damaged... so I suggested that they look into the engine they gave me a price quote and told me that they will get back to me with the result... then starts the unprofessional communication again I waited a whole week for no call once again. ...so soon as I called in spoke with someone named Eric and he would tell be again this is not his ticket and some guy named Jojo was supposed to be updating me as if he did not want to deal with the situation so at this point I ask for the manager which name was Alex which gave me a update on my car with options to get another engine so I informed him that I needed a breakdown with the prices so I can possibly get a loan... it's very clear that this company sucks in communication because I never once got a phone call or anything in reference to update. So I couldn't make it any easier for this company to make money I had a check waiting and hand with the amount they enclosed in the invoice just to find out when I get there a week and a half later to pick my car up there is a pool of oil all up under my car sitting in the front... so I confronted the story of which I finally met in person named Eric about the situation with the oil leaking from up under my car... he tried to put it off as extra oil coming out from being overfilled. Which was very unprofessional seeing situations that I've been through. The nerve of this company wanted me to give them 7K to replace an engine and then present me the after work that had more than 2 quarts of oil on their front parking lot leaking from my car.
