I went in 15 minutes ago with my wife to place an order. Waited almost 10 minutes to place an order. There was one couple ahead of me at the time. They were frustrated to the point where they walked out. At that point, I could see one of the workers (young white male with long hair) in the back of the place. He looked me dead in my eyes before pulling out his phone to text. After walking just past the counter, I could see two other workers (dark hispanic male, low cut hair and a young white female) standing around. No apologies, very dull attitude while placing my order. Not pleased at all and won't be going back to that location in the future. It's sad to see such a good place ran with staff willing to show lack of customer service.
