The staff here are wonderful. I read the reviews before applying and contacted the office and they allowed me to tour my apartment before singing anything and have been very patient. I live here now and the community is friendly and quiet. Maintenance arrives within a few days. I highly recommend this complex. The only reason I put 4 stars instead of 5, is because we keep finding tiny (non poisonous) centipedes everywhere, but pest control will fix that for us.
