Franklin RV Park & Campground

The hosts Rick and Mary Lou are very nice people. We didn't get to meet them in person, only on securing our reservations. We made 2 reservations for a week each. On the way to the campground we were involved in an accident that totaled our tow vehicle and camper. My husband called and requested a refund. The owner "Bob" was very rude and would not refund anything. That is his policy. He said "Get your insurance company to refund it to you." There is one thing for sure, we will NEVER stay at the. Amp ground.

The hosts Judy and her husband were super. The campground is not pet or family friendly Nothing for kids No dog run Can’t put your dogs on a runner Dog leash can only be so long Way too many rules If someone comes to visit you for the day they charge and extra fee, that’s ridiculous and just being greedy. I didn’t see the no pets sign posted at the top of the entrance into to gazebo, I went in and was in there all of maybe 3 minutes with my dog whom was on a leash and my 4 year old granddaughter. , the owner sees me and calls the park host immediately to inform me that my dog wasn’t allowed in there. Like I said , Judy and her husband were wonderful and had great hospitality. The owner on the other hand needs some lessons in hospitality. I would never recommend this park nor will I ever stay there again.
