Absolutely none better in the Charlotte/Matthews area! This is truly "family eye care" at its finest! Dr. Bigham is knowledgeable, professional and has a HUGE heart! When I had a detaching retina years ago, he took me in IMMEDIATELY on a Friday evening and did his best to get me seen by a specialist before the weekend. He is NEVER in a hurry and knows each and every patient AND their family members. His wife, Margaret, is also kind and caring and an asset to their practice. As they grow, they remember where they came from. I moved out of the area, but I would not trust any other eye guy to take care of my single-eye sight! For a practice to keep so many of its employees in this day says something about the people who own and run it. RUN, don't walk, to this Family Eye Care practice!
