10:35 a.m. to 2:15 p.m. for an oil change and tire rotation really. I saw more techs on thier f%*king phones than working on cars. The manager was lost on his inventory. O and if I hadn't caught it we would have been charged for a rotation we didn't get. Duhh which way did he go? I guess it was my fault for waiting. Never going back. But the cashier did take $15.00 off. I feel sorry for the guy that ways there before I got there it took them that long to tell him they didn't have the tires he need and he was still there after I left.
