Glad I didn't go hear. I went in to see how long an inspection would take an inspection would take and the lady who checks people in was so dry and stale. She was overly nice to the lady infront of me but when I stepped up her entire demeanor changed. After reading the reviews, I'm glad I decided not to go with Firestone.
I ended up going to Cox Toyota. Which had great customer service and made me feel like my business mattered.
