Elan City Center Apartments

I am originally from New York and when I moved to Raleigh for work I looked at almost every building in the downtown area. I chose the Elan because it is peaceful yet still convenient to the center of downtown, and the common areas are beautiful yet homey. What I did not know when I made this choice was how much the staff at Elan would make the apartment truly feel like a home. The office staff is attentive, welcoming and wonderful, especially Clay and Shannon. They are beyond professional, yet so friendly. The head of maintenance, David, is AMAZING. I've lived in other places where maintenance requests can take a while. Here, I have never waited for more than an hour to have a maintenance request handled. More than that, he is on call all the time and takes his job so seriously. He is remarkable and truly aims to make your experience at Elan wonderful. He will go above and beyond to ensure that residents' needs are taken care of and he does it all with a smile. You can tell his goal is customer service and he takes great pride in it. Overall, the Elan has been great.
