El Portal Mexican Grill

Not a single wall without a mural. The place is great for small plates, or dinner. The fish tasted a little more tough than I would have liked, it was probably frozen. The tables have custom art. The chairs are all festive and brightly colored. The decor is somewhat cheesey, but it looks well thought through. Service is great.
