DMV Driver's License Office

This is not my opinion, this is what actually happened so take it for what you will. I got there 10 minutes after the DMV opened and got my ticket without talking to anyone who worked there. I waited in the hallway because there were no seats left. 3 hours went by and neither me or any of the people who showed up at opening had gone yet because they were serving people with appointments first. It’s about 5 hours later, 1 or 2 in the afternoon and my ticket number is finally called. I go up and they say that I don’t have everything I need and to try again tomorrow. If I had met with someone when I first arrived like a secretary, they would have been able to tell me I needed something else to get my license and I would not have wasted 7 hours of my day in the middle of nowhere standing in a hot hallway without service or help. This was one of the worst experiences of my life and you will have much better service at the Monroe DMV, 30 minutes away from polkton.
