Two words: TITLE KITING. Dealer openly admits to kiting their titles. This means they sell vehicles that they do not have the title for. No matter which way you spin it, it's ILLEGAL. I purchased a vehicle from them and actually had to return it because they were never able to aquire the title for it. The other car I got in place of the first one ended up totally dead in the water after 3 weeks. About $2000 later and I finally have a working vehicle. I originally purchased the first vehicle from them in October (husband got one too) and it is only today (the end of February) that this mess has finally cleared up and I have a working vehicle. I was constantly reminded by the owner how much money he was losing on this transaction (as if I was somehow the cause of the problem? I have no idea). I really should have walked away after the first car had to be returned, but I wasn't familiar with what title kiting is. Some of the absolute worst customer service and questionable ethics I have seen. Save yourself the trouble. PLEASE SHOP A MORE REPUTABLE DEALER WHO DOESN'T ENGAGE IN TITLE KITING. Update: Not too long after this post, BOTH my husband's vehicle and mine needed new engines. This could not have possibly been a worse experience. Well, nobody died, so it could have been worse. But the cars died.
