Crazy Tires

One of the worst customer service experience ever and it was with the owner himself. So story goes, I had a flat tire and neighbors pumped it up so I could make it there because per their recommendation, it was the closest used tire lot near my house. They didn't have the size I needed however I really needed a tire so I just got it but didn't drive it because of the difference in sizes. I have bad anxiety. So car stayed park so that come payday, I could get me a new used correct size tire. Two days pass and as I'm walking my kids to bus stop, I see that same tire is flat. I pumped it up again to make it there so I can express the situation. Owner was rude. Automatically stayed he had no wrongdoings and it's not replaceable or refundable due to what they stamped on the receipt. But in explaining my situation, he showed no empathy nor did he come out his nasty, unorganized, bad odor office to check out the issue mentioned as his only concern was what was stamped on the receipt. Well, I threatened BBB contact which I've followed through on because he became more rude and didn't want to disclose his name. It's not on business card neither. Horrible tire place that will surely rip you off. And oh yeah, place is unprofessional as upon initial arrival, he had an employee who carried his gun on his waist (reasons unknown) and no one introduced or approached me unless I got out my car and had to interrupt their little chit chat. If I could rate this business a negative and request a shut down, I'd do it immediately. Thanks
