Our heater was broke. They sent technician, Jacob, in a couple of hourse of contacting them. Jacob opened the heater and right away was able to tell the root cause that the issue was due to the motor. In less than 30 minutes he replaced the motor & the issue was resoved. Very professional gentleman! I have saved their number for all heating and cooling related issues.
