In Feb 2016 I had rotator cuff surgery on my right shoulder and was prescribed rehab to get my arm functional again. I chose Cleveland Regional Rehab., began therapy in March 2016 and all went well with my rehabilitation. The Physical therapists were all helpful. If that was the end of the story the rating would be 5 stars. Unfortunately, the billing is not as adequate as the therapy. It is now April 2017 and I am still having issues with billing. They send me notices that my insurance has not paid and when I check with BCBSNC I am told that they never received a bill and so it goes. Today I spent 2 hours on the phone with the insurance company and the provider trying to find out why I received a bill. What EXACTLY was I being billed for? Apparently Cleveland Regional billing can only read a screen and not interpret what you are attempting to relay to them as it relates to your billing.
To sum it up the therapists did a great job but I cannot recommend unless you like being frustrated by the billing process.
