Horrible service. I guess unless you are there to buy something expensive they could care less. I had a generator shut off that broke. The guy said sorry I can't look that up, he didn't even look at the part. I have since found it at Home Depot, northern tools and all over the internet. It seems to be a pretty universal part from one manufacturer to another. I will definitely not be going back for anything nor recommending them to anyone.
