I haven't had the work done yet, but just the first contact experience with Mr Carter was enough proof for me that this gentleman stands by his word. First of all I called after hours really not thinking anyone would answer. I think we've all done this when us humans want info pronto. I wanted to know what the prices for them to replace the foam in my couch cushions. I'd watched do it yourself videos and it looked so daunting that I said "No way!" Mr Carter was the most kind and curteous person I've talked to in a business sense for a long time. He just made you feel like you were family straight away. Can't wait to get my couch cushions replaced.
