I chose Burgess-Pittman & Co because I was impressed with their aggressive marketing efforts that I'd observed with their other clients. Communication is a big deal to me, and I was updated immediately on every move made with the listing, showing feedback, selling and closing of my house! I also appreciated the selling/preparation advice given to my by Charles, at our first meeting of the minds. He covered everything for me from A to Z! I couldn't have asked for a smoother process...and it only lasted 6 months! Mission Accomplished! Would I recommend Burgess-Pittman & Co? ABSOLUTELY-WITHOUT A DOUBT!

I was so pleased from even the first moment that I met Charles. He is so laid back and knowledgeable about the housing market. He met with us many times on our house and told us what we needed to do to get a sale. He was patient with us as we did the work we needed to do, and was ready to move forward quickly when we were ready. We were expecting, and he was very accommodating to my needs as I was almost term and never knew when I might have a doctors appt or go into labor. He helped us sale our house within 2 weeks at 97% of the full asking price! I'll never use anyone else other than B&P when buying or selling a house! Thanks so much you guys!!
