Paramedic service was great, billing not so much. Instead of trying to correct a rejected insurance claim (because THEY didn't take the correct information of the card I supplied), they just billed me for the entire amount without an explanation. Luckily for me, I don't pay any medical bills without proof that my insurance has been billed. Don't mind to resupply the information, but I wonder how many people have paid more than they should have because of EMS billing errors.
