the salesman was really good......he sold me on everything. He failed to mention that an awsome voicemail feature was only FREE for one month (which is one of the main reasons i bought the phone because he said that it came with NOT something id have to pay for!!) i also bought a car charger that i had bought for my second car that we dont use often i had it in its packet for 2 weeks then opened it and plugged my dying phone in. when i got to the store and unplugged my phone an noticed it hadnt charged at all. i picked up the charger and the piece that goes into the phone just FALLS OFF!!! i call the man at the store (LARRY) and told him what happened and he said. "well you've had it for more than 7 days so i cant do anything sorry" and HUNG UP ON ME!!!! piece of crap and sh**** service as soon as you walk out the store dont waste your money.
