The manager, Mr. Criag, was overly rude and demonstrated a lack of customer service skills. I went to the drive thru and order a Cajun Chicken Sandwich combo (w/sweet tea and fries). I paid and proceed out. Unfortunately, I did not check my bag. The fries were overly greasy, bun cold, chicken freezing cold, lettuce-wittered, mayo all over.... and the tea was unsweetened.
The manager was nonchalant, rude, and from a customer service stand point, out of line. I had to drive back for a refund (to which he gave me money back the way he wanted) and refused to try and keep my business. He told me that if I wanted a sweet tea or anything, to pay for it.
The overall customer service experience was beyond shocking.
